Has anyone installed strut bars? I found some for sale off a German website {http://www.orange-tuning.de/shop/fahrwerk-streben-c-29_166_343_1053.html?language=en} Would they help on handling? im planning to track my car this summer. I know the w202's aren't fast but I'm trying to make mine handle the corners at least. I already have H&R sport cup kit and planning on getting H&R sway bars after I get my renntech exhaust installed.

1st off, there's no reason a w202 cant be fast.

From the way the suspension is set up, dont really think a strut bar will offer that much support, i think there would be better things you could do, like subframe braces (rear subframe cracks under hard use...)

well if you dont have an amg then you're not making a w202 fast. you'll have to drop a lot of money if you dont have an amg

anyways wouldnt the strut bar stiffing up the chassis?

yes it would.

c230k can be fast, hell if your good at DIY a c280 with a turbo will rape, the v6 c280 with a c32 engine conversion will be fast...
