idk man it says c43. in my findings on the web ive noticed there a a decent amount of things different on c43s. but i know ive seen this before i saw it on some c43 i was looking at online. but honestly if you used your radio grab it, but if your anything like me i wouldnt waste my money on it lol. for 30 its not a bad idea but i know i havnt listened to the radio in it for more than 3 minutes because i have my ipod, plus my antenna gets stuck when it tries to go down lol

I've done this with:
Metra 44UA200 Universal Antenna
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007WRQ8K/ref=oh_details_o06_s00_i00
Metra 44-EC204 Antenna Extension Cable
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007WQ8MU/ref=oh_details_o05_s00_i00
I routed the extension cable from HU, center console, drive side door sill, driver passenger side door sill, and to the trunk and plugged in the Metra Antenna to that had placed the Antenna right where the OEM antenna mast is. It is held on by the double sided tape provided by Metra. From there I took the ground from Metra Antenna and wired it to where the OEM antenna ground is. Then I spliced one of the 12V Ignition on wires to the 12V on the Metra Antenna. Reception is great but not as good as the OEM. But it still picks up great signal. With my HU, I am able to pick up HD Radio Channels!

reception is not as good as OEM because pre-facelift W202s have sail mast for antennas :p

It is up to your choice. Some say grounding it will help with audio quality ie. static
