1998 C230 A/C intermitten on/off problem continues

I ask for help with my 98 C230 a/c problem on 8/30, an checked for low freon as was suggested, it was ok. Any other ideas, maby the dash control.

Their maybe several issuses with your system. Do you have the lcd control system for your climate? If so their is a way to check several of the ac functions in it. It will show the high pressure and running temp and a few other things if i am not mistaken. You might have a bad evaporator core, or pressure switches. I'd check the lcd first. Let us Know if this is what you have. I will run and go thru mine and report back on the procedure if this is what you have. Good luck bud.

he means the digital lcd climate control. it was optional. you either have the standard climate control with the knob/wheel things or you have the optional digital one with an lcd display.
