throttle body buzz at start up.

I have heard this before in other Mercedes but never really pared much attention to it until now cus now mine is doing it. I am also having issues with starting right off in the morning and if I let it set a while.I will crank it and it will try to start but die then ill crank again and it'll fire up. I know a good bit about these cars but this has me stumped. Any ideas?

Well found out today that it could be a vacuum leak or my maf so I am going to Check it out and if I find the problem I will post it.

What do you think the buzz is? I remember fuel pumps can make a buzzing noise.

My air pump makes a buzzing sound.

Yeah its neither of those. I have heard and seen it happen on other benz's,what happens is the throttlebody actually vibrates and not sure why,but only happens on cold starts.

In my model there are 2 springs attached to the throttle body. Could one be broken and causing the noise?

Have you tried using throttle body cleaner?

Well I think I fixed the problem, now time will only tell but all I did was replace my fuel filter. See I ran out of gas several months ago and since then I had heard the buzz and the car not wanting to start up right away. Now since I changed the filter it starts like it should,I'm guessing it was clogged.
