I have a 1998 C230 that is bone stock that needs help. I am thinking about get 18" rims but I am not sure what to get. I like that deep dish look but I have only seen them on a few cars here.

Maya STM, cus I wanna see how they look on a C-class before I decide if I should switch from my Brabus Monoblock VIs to them.

You mind if the outer lip has some blemishes and curb rash -- priced accordingly of course?

Here's some pictures on my car:

I'd get Privat Fahren in gray with polished lip

I've seen ONE car with those on, on a picture on the net and it looks gorgeous.

they look small on this car, and they aren't the gray ones, are those 17"

they looked way better on the other pic that I found (can't re-find it)

Get some Volk CE28N wheels. They are forged and very light and will make your C230 go faster vs. slower. They also look very cool.

Or maybe some SSR Comps. Get the 17" diameter unless you want to go slower then get what ever you want for wheels

buy mine! 18x8.5s chrome dvs - looks like 2 piece DS93. Will sell cheap because I expect a forged set next month.

Oh man, those are sweet! I'd a got 'em had I seen 'em before I got the Brabus'. Price is nice too.

You have them on yours? Do you have any pictures of your Chariot online? I'd love to see it.

I was thinking SSR Comps but went for German made for the German car.

that's where I see that "price is nice" is a very relative terms depending on the person saying it.

For me 600$US a wheel is not that "nice" ;)

By the way, forged wheels are lightweight, but do the tend to bend easily or break? We have the worst road conditions (thatks to our winters) and I wonder if forged wheels aren't too fragile for our roads

got ya. ...meant that in relation to what I paid for the Brabus', relative to the "look" of the rim.
:)
Prices seem decent here, about a $100 less than you're saying for all but the largest sizes:
