I can't tell what I'm looking at in the pics. What makes you jump to blown head gasket?

It made similar sound on a YouTube video showing a car with blown head gaskets, I figured out the problem though piece of shit fan clutch bearing bracket I'm on my way to Mercedes to pick up a new one, lesson learned don't buy cheap after market parts

Problem solved its back to running condition now, I took it on the freeway and it double reved with slight power loss and everything is stiffer, maybe it just needs to be driven without stepping on it for a while

Could you get a video of it instead? Can't see anything in the photo.

Nothing on the fan belt assembly should cause a double rev. As far as power loss, even with the a/c compressor engaged, it shouldn't be too bad. Was the belt overly tight when you put it back on, like the wrong size or something?

The bracket was rubbing metal to metal and those pictures are supposed to be video links, I'm guessing the computer was recalibrating so thats why it felt like a power loss and I kinda think the belt is too tight

At first I bought a UroPart online, then I bought the Mercedes fan clutch Bearing Bracket at the dealership which came in a Mercedes box and with a Mercedes sign in the part
