Is the 722.606 trans come with 99 C280 2.8l V6? Is this trans compatible w/ 3.2l v6 2000+?

Doing some research on some possible engine swaps and wanted to find out first if the 99 C280 that I own comes with a 722.606 trans with the round bell housing. I want to match this trans up to possibly the 3.2l m112 version of my engine.

If you do indeed have the v6 c280, then yes, a 3.2 m112 will be a very easy swap for you

Thanks for confirming this, It's good to know the transmission is interchangeable. Just ordered a 3.2l off eBay and am anxious to swap it with my 2.8l.
