im pretty sure the transmission control module is messed up on my c36 it doesnt jerk or skip it just over and double revs, any input?
ps its pretty freakin fast though i know that it cant be good for my car, it shifts to second at 40-50 mph and reaches 130 by third which seems almost instant ive got to be getting like 6 mpg

I don't know about your c36 but my 1997 c280 straight 6 doesn't have a dipstick. here is a detailed DIY of how to change the transmission oil. the person also talks about empting the torque converter but some cars don't have a torque converter drain hole and I don't know if the c36 does or not. http://www.benzworld.org/forums/w202-c-class/1395032-photo-diy-transmission-oil-filter-change.html

No TCUs on 94' - 96' ( vacuum is used instead ) TCUs were introduced on 97'+ models along with the 5-speed automatic 722.6.

Are you sure you need that much more? I'm not sure the the total capacity is for your car but that sounds way too much. It would have to practically be bone dry to take that much.

Depends if he drained the torque converter or not. The pan ( 722.3/4 ) holds about 3 quarts.
