I know there is probably a thread out there somewhere but I can not find it...My headlight lens cracked awhile back and a light came on in my dashboard and I have replaced the lens and I need to know how to reset the light. I can not find any videos on youtube. Anybody know how to reset this light??

one of your bulbs is out/loose/malfunctioning ect. it will go of when you find the culprit bulb

did you put HIDs or regular halogen bulbs?

when all voltage to all bulbs on car is right the light should go out automatically

Have you renewed any bulbs with LED's ?
This will put the bulb warning light on,but does not always illuminate with all LED's.

I have put 6000K HIDs so i am thinking this is my issue. Pretty annoying seeing that stupid little light on all the time lol

I am thinking this may be your problem too,you could always take out the bulb in the dash cluster..lol

Surprisingly I had this happen to me last week. I had my brake light switched replaced during a service, and the exterior light warning light kept flashing intermittently on my dash, but all the lights seemed fine. Finally found the culprit this morning, it was my left rear stop light which was loose. I tightened the housing and changed the bulb and that was it. Haven't had a problem since.
