hey dudes, i just bought another c280 m104.... got it for 675 bucks, mint in AND out, but had an over heating problem.... i have a spare m104 long block that i will throw in the car with lower miles, rather than rebuilding the 200k motor, but i searched AND searched but couldnt find s solid DIY for headgaskets on the m104. Hoping some one will point me in the right direction with some links?
i promise to support this particular thread with my own DIY to doing a headgasket when i get to it....

http://www.continentalimports.com/ser_ic100345.html Not really a DIY, but it does cover a lot of very IMPORTANT points to know prior to doing a head gasket job on a 104.

Check out the thread in the performance section I started, 1996 c280 headwork. You might find some info that will help.
