Where to buy avantgarde grille

I'm looking to sell my beloved 202 and I thought about getting an avantgarde grille to make it more classy. I got a blacked out grille at the moment and it might be something that turns off some people.. Where did you guys get em and how much did you pay? I'm seeing them on eBay but I don't really know what's legit and what's not. Thanks!

I bought this many, many years ago. The fit is not 100% but it lasted for a while then I gave it away to a member here.
At that time I only paid $150 + ground shipping.

Thanks chimchong! I feel honored that my car would be on anyone's phone! haha but long story short, I got a promotion at work so I'm looking for something newer and AWD prbly like a B7 A4. I definitely wanna buy another 202 somewhere down the line though! First love lol

@ hvmercy. I'm seeing them for around $90 on eBay. I wonder how the fit is if you paid almost double for yours and it still wasn't 100%. Do they actually take em off the S600s? I always wondered haha

Why don't you keep the car and just lease the new one? The pymnts will be less and you can still enjoy the W202 on weekends...

I can't afford to have two cars. And selling the 202 makes for a good down payment. I wish I could keep it

Yes unfortunately the more expensive a car is the more money we lose on it.. So I def try to stay away from brand new cars

Now that the wife's w124 is paid off, we're getting her a used Kia Soul. I'm taking her w124 as my daily driver, and the C43 AMG is getting parked until it's "done."

Interior comand 2.0 with w210 dash cluster and e55 steering wheel with buttons.
rims getting resurfaced and repainted
minor repairs all around (shocks, bumper hangers, fogs, corners, odds and ends)
Oh, and 5.4l M113 upgrade engine from an E55/S55/CLK55.

Your best bet is to look on eBay. Watch out for fakes! Mine came with a fake one and it looks trashy and cheap. The dealership sells them at a premium, I believe. Special order only.

Alot of people have bought the w210 grill and cut it down to fit the stock w202 frame.

Well you could just buy a w210 prefacelift avantgarde grill and cut it to fit this one . I did that very simple and genuine solution I think.
