Listing my factory clutch, pressure plate and dual mass flywheel for sale to someone looking to do a manual conversion.

Came off a 01' SLK230 Komp.

YOU must verify this will or will not work, some of you are using 190E W201 5-speed boxes and it won't work with pre-96' I believe. (chime in if you know the cutoff)

Was used on my 97' C36 for 10,000miles. Total mile ~40k on the setup. Will post pix of condition once it's removed!

$200+shipping.

Hey I am interested....

how many inch is this flywheel setup?

so its off a 2001 slk r170 230. Hmmmmm... has the M111.

This combo will not work with the 190e 5spd manual gearbox? Hmmmmm.. how sure are you?

This flywheel has the sensor marks for the stock w202 efi sensor?

why do those bolts look so short for a dual mass flywheel? they look like single mass length bolts.

I have a w201 project 3.2 megasquirt turbo project going on and I have 3 5spd 190 boxes,

84 2.3 8valve 5spd
89 2.6 5psd
16valve getrag

I am thinking of putting one in my 2000 c230 sport komp as I know the auto box wont last forever.

I have 2 extra drive shafts and 3 extra clutch pedal sets for a w201 that I heard work in conjuction with the w202 with minor modification

any words of wisdom with the 5spd conversion into a w202? will the computer trip out on a 2000 w202?

What engine 00' C230? If its the kompressor it's very simple version coding because those were availible with manual. My
c36 and all C36 never came manual so my variant coding was custom.

I heard the spline shaft lengths on the older 5-speed boxes was different. Sensor pickups maybe same ? Idk. I have it removed as of last night so I can get more specs and pix.

It is a w202 c230 sport Komp.

What do you mean "very simple version coding"

about the splines, I also did read that they were too short, but it did connect and was drivable. I think adding some lenght to the drive shaft would fix this problem.

PS i need to add email updates , I forgot I posted this here =D

On a C230k you can code out the type 6 transmission module. Though you would need someone with an SDS to do it or a dealer.

As for the bolts, those are the correct flywheel bolts for the single mass, the dual mass and the automatic ring gear.

If your interested in the flywheel and want to talk more, PM me your number I can always call/text

okay, I know what I was looking for.... I need to see the other side of this flywheel to make sure it has the correct trigger orientation reference marks.

I might take this to text\call... lol been busy at work... blah

PM me your number I'll text you more pictures of the flywheel. I've had it out sitting on the bench now for weeks while my engine is close to rebuilt.
