On the way home today from work I noticed that the supercharger wasn't making any noise and I was way down on power.

When I got home I scanned for codes, no faults but I had a pending code P0100. Seems related to the MAF but not the MAF itself. I popped the hood and checked connections. The clutch wasn't engaging the supercharger and I felt vacuum from the blow of valve. My phone agreed and was reading more vacuum than normal.

I checked the MAF and connections and all seemed fine. The MAF looks brand new and the connector/cable look great as well.

Anyone run into this before? Right now I'm just a C230 and the car literally feels like I lost 100hp.

I reset the code and got the blower to wake up for one good rev and then it switched off again.

I've heard of this before. It's related to vacuum loss. Did you check all vacuum hoses?
There is a canister at the driver side towards the front you can check. I can't recall what it's called at the moment.
Had the same thing happened quite a few years back. AllMercedes of Oakland discovered the unplugged vacuum hose was the cause of the error code.
These hoses tend to become brittle and get cracked over time.
Mine is not a Kompressor but according to the thread I read a while back, the NA and Kompressor models share the same
vacuum canister (if that's what it's called).

Let me google this and post back some results if I find any.

here is the info.
Initially I was mistaken about the vacuum canister. It was actually the MAF that is going out on you.

Yeah ifs def the maf. If I clear the ecu and cold start the blower will spin for 10 seconds and then turn off. I'll grab some maf cleaner and report back...I'll be pissed if its failed. Its only 2 years old and they aren't cheap.

Sprayed the MAF with cleaner and it didn't help. The supercharger will only engage for about 10 seconds and then shutoff with the P0100 showing up as pending, turning on the CEL a few minutes later. I tried my old MAF which was failing when pulled and the car wont even run with that, so not much of a test haha.

Replaced the MAF and boost is back but shes not 100%. Cold Idle is rough, I'm getting a lot of air and fuel trim codes and if you floor it once warmed up around 3500 rpm it will hesitate and "wobble" before backfiring and throwing a misfire code. I think my plugs may need to be replaced and I think I'm still running too rich, which I already knew about.

Checked the plugs. Not fouled, but worn. Regapped them and I'm back at 100% now.

Interesting. Were they very far out of spec? Which plugs are you running?

Bosch Platinums. Spec for a 230K is .039, they were closer to .06.
