So besides altering the SC pulley and housing, what are some other options for this engine?

Exhaust I guess? Single cat/pipe to replace the split pipe? O2 sensors an issue?

How about intake manifold?

I have done a catless exhaust, a tune, and an intake. I know its illegal but the car loves having no cat lol I was looking into a higher gear diff and a suoercharger pulley, you can send yours to non stop tuning and theyll make you one to match just smaller for $150 then you can look into water meth :) those were my plans

No supercharger pulley to mod, you need a different crank pulley. Unless you go custom and have one machined for the electromagnetic clutch on the charger. Companies are getting limited for who make larger crank pulleys. But they are out there.
As for exhaust, do 2.5" pipping and a high flow cat. You can also do an exhaust header, recommend the super sprint one.
No one makes an intake manifold, so that would be a custom item.
Definitely do a tune with the mods you do (especially a pulley) makes a big difference.
Also custom intake for the supercharger and custom boost pipe, and a larger intercooler.

Tunes do nothing I was told? Completely useless.

Kidding, you should do what slammed just said

look under members and look for my (1999 c230k sport) and i have had a custom intake made for mine. no known issues no check lights and its been on over 5 years no issues. do some research before you start hacking things in LOL .i paid about 550 total for the mod and had 2 different shops do it as the right side was done first and had the left side done later but the shop who did mine first shut down.

well if i recall most of this was kinda like a guessing game . since the value was on the air box next to air filter i figure putting it back on the intake piece instead of like most people have done to put a filter on that and having two filters . this way there is less bunch up in front of the hood and this looks way better in my eyes. copy away i dont care as there have been some people who did. i also used a aem bypass valve to aid to help prevent water intake worse case. i have traveled in some pretty bad rain storms and the intake worked like a champ. this is usually not driven in the winter months.
