Help me ID these stock components in trunk ('00 c230k)

So I just got this car and am going through every nook and cranny learning how it is all put together. Under the floorboard in the trunk and mounted on the topside are these components.

I'm assuming at least some of this is related to the amp and stereo. Maybe also the in-car phone system?

There was one wire disconnected from the black box on the top side. I screwed it back in.

the second pic should be the antenna(noy sure) and the stock bose amp.

Yeah the black box with heat sink fins is the Amp I guess. That's the one that had one cable disconnected. Kinda like coax cable with the screw on connector.
