How to remove side trim?

How do I remove the side trim from my 1998 c230? I have ugly rust coming out from the trim on the drivers side door and I want to take it off so I can repair it.

Open the door and right at the edge you will see a phillips head screw. Remove the screw and then side the molding towards the rear of the car about a 1/4" and the molding will fall away from the door.
