I want to have some custom headers made but the formula for lenght requires exhaust valve opening degree and i cannot find that for the life of me for my kompressor let alone any 202... any help would be very much appreciated

There is some degree information, but one if for Schrick ones.. so just verify the part number you have for yours. This is also for M111 from my SLK

Edit:

Stock:
intake duration: 229.5°
exhaust duration: 223.3°

I also found this, so you may want to verify

Thank you, this helps me alot!! Would you happen to know lift of the stock cams as well?

The problem is since my car is my daily it isnt easy to just take apart the engine and degree my camshafts to find exhaust valve opening degree or intake valve opening degree or overlap or centerline but im trying to create a tuned exhaust and intake to flow better but the formula for header length has to have exhaust valve opening degree to figure..

I do not, all that info as it was had been passed down to me from my cam swap

Mike,
You can degree your engine by removing the cam cover and viscous coupling as you need access to stick a degree wheel to the crank and a dial gauge on the lifters,If I recall each of the two intake valves in any one cylinder open at slightly different times to create swirl, you would want to check both.

You could comfortably complete this in 2 hours if your keen, shouldnt take your daily ride out for too long.

I have my degree info saved aka scribbled on a piece of refil, though I'm confident I filed it and will check.
