Free wheels should I bother?

My brother gave me his OEM Golf wheels (portos). I know the offset is 54mm and the center bore is smaller, should I even bother to get some spacers or are there any spacers out there that would make these work? I was thinking 18mm in the front and 20 22mm in the rear.

you need spacers to make the offset fo down but you would need the inside hub to match your car (66.56mm at least) then the outside to be 57.1mm (i think) to fit the wheels
