Abbas, I meant to mention a handy way to cross reference the same part but get different brand part numbers is to use eBay.

E.g.
Type in Mercedes W202 cam sensor and usually Bosch, Febi, Merc etc will be offered for sale along with lesser known brands.
Most will give you a listing of what W202's they fit. Here's an example from eBay.uk. I also always check eBay.de too, but before doing so just get words Cam sensor translated into Germany and bingo.
