Are you windows set to the one touch up and down when using the interior buttons? If not, that may be your problem. Just reprogram them.

To reprogram: roll window down with interior button, when you reach te bottom, let go of button and push downward again and hold for a few seconds. Do the same for up.

so do that for all the windows?
also does it matter if you use the auto roll down second click on the interior window button then hold it down for a couple of seconds to reset it?

Yes. Do it for all the windows. Not sure about second question. Maybe try with and without?

You need to do the reset on all the windows as described, and also do a reset on your sunroof. This is accomplished by pushing the "vent" function till you hear an audible click. To check to see if you have successfully done it, close the roof, then click the button to open it. It should open all the way by itself.

Unfortunately my car doesn't have a sun roof :/

Replace the Ir sensor. That door handle trim piece is part of it too
