View Full Version : Cluster gauge needles work off and on

Hi guys , I'm have my gauges on temp ,rpm ,speedometer, and fuel gauge not working right ,since yesterday saw my gauges not work on my way home ,later , on my way to the grocery store they were working, on my way back home from the gro store they weren't working
This morning On my way to work they were working , presently at work .
Any glues and help would be highly appreciated , thanks in advance..'

No glues, just tighten any ground wires.

also clean the needle rest... it may be sticky...

Never heard of that one. How does the rest get sticky in a sealed instrument cluster?

I don't know how that happens either but it does....when the needle rests on the rest stop they sometimes stick (summers in TX get over 100 degrees) After cleaning the rest stops the needles haven't gotten stuck anymore....
