hi everyone
my friends 202 has got a strange problem..
he was driving it all day fine, had to make a stop, got out the car and when he re entered and popped in the key he noticed it dident make that locking/unlocking noise and it also did not let him move the key into any other position.
he called out roadside mechanic to have the battery and key tested all checked out fine,
another strange thing is he can move the gear stick freely into any gear??
its as if the immobilizer has kicked in.. for no apparent reason. any one run into this problem..
any help greatly appreciated
oh and sorry if this post seems a bit half baked i have been at work all day.. a long one..
