Yes and no. Yes they will fit, but as long as you also use the 94-95 style flat top spring rubbers. The 96-00 have a helix spring top shape and use a later style rubber isolator. But yes they will fit.

HOWEVER, I would NOT recommend them because the 99 is a much heavier car up front than the 95 C220. The OEM c230 spring is equivilant to a C280 spring, ye tthe C220 sprins are for the lighter nosed earlier cars.

Rates from what I have researched extensively are as follows from lightest rate to stiffer rate.
94-95 C220
94-95 C280 and 96-00 C230
96-00 c280 AND C230K
AMG cars ie C36, C43
