Fuse # 27 keeps blowing on contact to slot on 96 mb c280

Hi, guy's .I'm having problem with my #27 fuse under the hood on the driverside,it's for central locking system ,pse pump, trunk lights ,dome lights and door locks.
As soon as I try to put a new 15 amp fuse it blows it out on contact,any suggestions and help, Thanx in advance

theres a short somewhere. never heard of it at #27 this happened on my 96 C280 but it was the fuse for the brake lights. After replacing numerous fuses , the brake light switch & relay etc I took it to my local Merc certified tech he was able to trace the short to the Fuel injection system. #2 injector wasnt working correctly because of a short within the ECU. It was replaced and the problem with the constant fuse blowing went away. as well as the misfire the car had developed.

I'll try to find the short , since I have cluster issues I might just have to take it to the stealership,,
