o.k., I've got the 18" mono blocks on my c43, and I now need to lower the car...my wheel lip height is currently 27" front (#2 pad)/26.5 rear (#4 pad)...you guys with the brabus springs and #4 pads...what are your lip heights?....what about you guys that sprung for the european springs I read about on some other forums(part # 210.321.22.04 f/210..324.34.04r)?

I'm thinking maybe 1.5" drop in front and 1.0 in rear

thanks

I think the best way to measure is the wheel gap
instead of the distance of the fender lip to the ground.

Whichever spring you go, you can't go wrong.
Btw I think Eibach make spring for Brabus
You could always switch to thicker spring pad, if the result is too low for you.

However the Euro spec spring will be much higher than other aftermarkert spring such as Carlsson, H&R, Eibach, Brabus, etc...

On my C43 I have the front set at 24 5/8" with a tire/fender gap of about 1 finger thick.

The rear is set at 25 1/8" with a tire/fender gap of about 1 1/2 finger thick gap. I plan on lowering the rear of the car to match the front.

J Irwan, I agree, you need to consider the gap, or difference, between lip and tire...it's just easier to measure the height of the lip to the ground...my tire diameter is right at 24 inches, so for my car, 25.5 inches would leave a little more than 2 fingers...I'm not worried as much about tire interference as I am the drop of the front spoiler...it tends to scrape some of the parking stops if I;m not careful
