I have a C43 supercharged, currently got some continental sport that's going bald. Any suggestions in good tires with good grip and that won't break the bank?
The car has Koni adjustable with H&R springs....tire size 225/40/18 and 255/35/18. I was thinking of trying to fit 265/30/18 on the back, but still playing with the idea...

Any ideas would be good....

This might give you an idea:

I've diven Nokians and I can confirm that they're close to perfect. :)

Toyo's good but it needs to be warmed up to 70 Deg C to work properly.....under that temperature they're useless

ihave used falkens in the past ,the 512's were the best price bang for the buck .since my tires wore on the inside like most lowered w202 . i liked the side walls too. i dont drive it iun the winter month but i was averaging 26000 on them since there z rated tire. and since i had staggard wheelsthe tires were taking off and changed so the tiresdidnt wear to quickand to get the most mileage out of them

I just installed Michelin Pilot Sport A/S-3 (205/55/16) on my C280 sport. it did have Kuhmo Ecsta 225/50/16's from the previous owner. The Michelins grip way better and do well in wet, small puddles, and the light snow that is in my region (northeast US). These were recommended by my local tire shop over the Michelin Primacy MXM4s. the MXM4s were more money (i was surprised they recommended lower $ tires), but said the pilot sport have better grip but are noisier on the road. I wanted grip over road noise. the road noise is acceptable so far. and am happy with the grip and feel of these tires.
