Interior Swap?

So my black on black 99 C280 was totaled. I'm thinking of putting the whole black interior into my white 95 C280 that now has grey interior. Does anyone know if the 99 door cards will fit the 95? I'd like to put the heated front seats with wiring and dash controls in the 95 too. That brings up another question...

The car wont start and the truck is locked. Any ideas on how to get it opened. I also want to swap the tail lights and trunk lining. And how can I get the front seats out with no power?

tail lights should be a direct swap... seats may be as well... not sure on the door cards though...

I THINK the door cards fit. Interior swap should be no problem. There will be some things you'll have to keep from the 95. MAYBE the instrument cluster. Perhaps radio and AC.

Just pull them and check connectors. You can swap those parts easily and quickly.

Might have to run some wires for heated seats? Not sure if that was an option in pre-update cars.

As for trunk not opening, good luck. Some people get success by hooking up jumper cables under the hood to ground strap and positive connection to main blower relay. I had no luck. Had to run long cables through folded down back seat and crawl in to plug into battery in trunk. Big annoyance.

The door cards are not a direct fit as the 99 has side airbags and the 95 doesn't. I believe someone here has done this so it is possible but it might not be a direct swap.

Depending on the health of the doors, you could swap the whole damn thing? Much bigger job if its a different color!

To get the trunk open all you need to do is use the little key that comes out of your smart key.
