I am currently considering getting a Blaupunkt Woodstock DAB unit (which also plays MP3s). Details can be seen at:

I don't know much about DAB head units but I am told I will need a special digital aerial for it to work, and that this must be mounted on the rear window of the car. Personally I don't want to go putting second aerials on the car and wondered if anyone has had any experience of these before - is it possible to mount the aerial under the car / in the bumper / in the engine bay or somewhere out of sight without affecting it's performance. I know some newer cars have aerials integrated in their bumpers but don't know if these would be digital or not. Basically I want to know if there is any way around having a second aerial 'on display' for DAB reception.

Thanks in advance
