Shocks clarification!

Can someone please tell me where to find Shocks for my c43, for my c230 it seemed so easier, basically the majority of the sites are stating the product for the c230 doesnt fit my car? why? is it a weight issue?

They physically will fit but putting C230 shocks on a C43 isn't right.
