Installed my second fan clutch on my C36. Once the car reaches 80c it will never disengage or spin freely it is very annoying!!!

I had a (ACM, AMC, I forgot what the exact name was) and now I have a Behr. I am contemplating just buying the OEM Mercedes on but it is expensive.

Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution, and no the search for previous threads did not answer my question.

I never run one at all. No fan or clutch. Never had issues

What is the operating temperature with out the clutch? I might just take it off.

90' with an 87' thermostat. Even on the track, stayed at 90'.

Honest truth is those coolant temp guages can be off up to 25 degrees, they only show enough to keep the consumer happy. But regardless, not having one I haven't ran into issues even hot California temps w/AC on, and track use also.
