radiator front fans ?

im not shore but I have never heard my fans on the front of the car kick on any ideas on this ? or abouts checking it without letting the car sit running

2 stage fan, so it can be on but not at full speed and you'll never know. It will kick on full blast when the AC is in use (ex. Traffic on a 100' degree day)
