Ok so i currently have a muffler delete replaced with a straight pipe and for the resonator i changed it with a magnaflow glasspack. My question is. Would the sound change if i straight piped my resonator and put the magnaflow glasspack as the muffler?

a glass pack is essentially a resonator so really you have 2 resonators on atm the purpose of both is to dampen exhaust and quiet it a bit a muffler beaks the flow in ways to tone a exhaust
so really I would rid one of the resonators preferrably the fiber glass packed one .. as there junk compared to the cheese hole resonators and throw a muffler depending on what motor you have a flowmaster 30 series
