Was pricing brakes to see in the future if I need to replace them with like a cross drill type rotor and there like 521 for a pair for the front . Any reason why ? C36 are like 179 and even a c230 k are about the same . What am I not seeing here ?

2-piece rotors.

You can use 06' C230k sport rotors instead for far cheaper & they come drilled.

yup they're 2 piece from the W210 E55 AMG. convert to C32 AMG brakes, they use a slightly larger diameter rotor. its thinner. but still two piece. and the calipers will be stamped AMG. instead of Mercedes-benz. Ive priced out used calipers, with new pads and rotors. it comes out slightly more expensive than the price of new OEM rotors and euro ceramic pads. But you only have to buy the calipers once.

in terms of performance at a decent price whats the best option? I have a 99 c43 . Are the c32 breaks perfect fit? I love the breaking power of my oem breaks can i change them all for less than 1000 ?
I don't know when I will be due for a break job but I better start looking now :)
