So as the title says anybody done the rear diff mount bushes on the w202.
I've dropped the diff got it supported on stands at the moment trying to figure how I'm gonna get the old mounts out. Thinking of thread bolt with washer on one end and kind of a 70mm cup on the other and then drawing it out.
Any suggestions highly appreciated. Wana do it without buying the tool as it will just be used once.
Thanks

They are the same in your link they fit on the the subframe those two 19mm bolts that go through the diff cover. Very easy to replace just the 2 19 mm bolts and the 6 allen head bolt after removing the propshaft coupling. No need to remove the drive shafts. If you need the measurements of the tool I made let me know. Garages quoted me 200 usd for the job. Total time I would say is 3 hours taking it easy.

I had a hard time finding somebody who would do mine. Just one independent mercedes specialist would take it on hadn't bothered asking the dealer. The independent quoted 300 $ for labour only. Did you do the rear subframe bushes aswell?

subframe bushes were changed on one side only, can't remember if it was front or rear?
my mechanic told me my bushings were not worn, i insisted to have them replaced as my car was more than 10 years old when he changed all suspension components.
last year he lowered my car with vogtland springs and he also put my yellow koni shox.
car is totally different now, much more fun to drive and much more stability to handle high speed driving
