I think you may be in for a shock when you hear how much that part is. I recall someone looking for one on Bnzsport and it was over $500 or something crazy like that.

.... you can always call your local exhaust shop to mandrel bend you a x-over piping. Fab a custom MAF housing too while you are at it. It shouldn't cost you more than $100.

Kylie

I got the part number for you.. :D:D:D

here is tha part number HWA 104 141 04 04 replaced by HWA 104 141 06 04

I am just giving you this part number (old and new) just in case ;)

The whole sale cost is about $238 that if the dealer can sell you at that price..

However the original 95 intake plenum (HWA 104 141 01 04) and the one came with my 97 C36 (HWA 101 141 07 04) which has the part number and cost TWICE as expensive.. :confused: :confused:

for $535 dealer net cost....and MSRP at $890 :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

I think it probably best to check via your VIN number
or if you could email me your VIN I could give you the exact part number ;)

(edit: PS as far as the intake manifold you don't need to worry, since they're the same for C280 as well :D)

Dude, awesome homework! Thanks man.:cool:

I might be able to get some type of wholsale price on that pipe from my dealer that sold me the car. They are actually ex MB sales reps and should have a buyer acct. set up in parts. Some of their latest inventory has been a Panoz roadster, '01 Lotus Esprit, a G-wagon, S500 AMG, Saleen stang, Callaway supernatural vette, modded 350Z, Vipers, Ferraris. They should be able to get me one at some type of discount? If not any help from you guys to get my car correct would be cool!

You've got my VIN on your E.mail as you read this...

I'll be in the garage tonight ripping the stock arms out & installing Jeffs creations.

Thanks J.
