Hi Guys,

Thinking of changing my auto transmission oil, on my c180 1994 auto, unfortuantely in the haynes manual it does not mention what grade............or type

Is this because they want you to buy MERCS Dealership ATF only?????

Any ideas on grade and type?

Thanks in advance guys

I use chrystler atf 4 but Valvoline 75000 mile atf fluid is Mercedes spec (has the 20?.?? number on the back ) its cheaper but hard to find vs shell 134 atf fluid and the Mercedes stuff (both around 20$ a quart)
