Vacuum Hoses

Does anyone have a diagram showing vacuum hose locations and/or specs for a 1996 C280? I already have to change out the vacuum hoses that run over the engine to the EGR valve, so I thought I'd just go all out.

It has great diagrams but the part listing is buggy and doesn't list all the parts in the diagram. Search Mercedes EPC and you might find a better free version of the electronic parts catalog.
