Anyone recommend this for AUX conversion

want to put a aux cable in my 99 c280. found this on ebay thats suppose to connect to the back of the radio where the cd wires go. has anyone used this and is it any good?

Looks like it is for Command systems. W202 didnt have that from the factory.

Also, the pin layout is different than I remember.
