That sounds about right, but would need to pull out my system to confirm. I used a wiring diagram that was posted somewhere on the site.

edit: I tried searching for the wiring diagram. Unfortunately, when we changed over servers alot of the pictures and proper links were scrambled. IIRC, I have a hard copy of the diagram at home. If you can hold out a day or so, I can look for it and post up a copy.

The hardest thing is wiring the PAC which I still have not got yet:

Did you ever find that wiring diagram?

No I did not. I will have to pull out my hu to get the wiring schematics.

Its ok. I finally got it after four hours of playing around with the wiring. Couldn't figure it out. Turns out it was just the blue wire that wasn't connected on the PAC to the wiring harness. Thanks anyway!

did you try installing the radio without the pac piece ? if so did the volume get loud quick and was there popping when it was turned on or pressing of buttons ? in some cases the soem4 piece is to allow adjustment if the radio gets loud to fast or popping noises if they are there . if not the pac piece is not needed in some cases , i also seem some harnesses that have the RCA ends on instead of wiring which allow low level into the harness instead of high level .
