99 C43 Intermittent Blinkers, Blower, Wiper delay = Smacking the dash helps!

As title implies. Sometimes, out of nowhere, I lose one of the 3: blinkers, wiper delay, or AC blower. Sometimes 1, 2, or all 3 at once. To fix it, I smack the dash with my hand, to the right side of my instrument cluster and it comes back to life. Strange!

Any ideas?
