Front Shock Absorbers replacement W202 C280 Sport

Hi Everyone, I currently own a 98' C280 sport edition, I was wondering if I could replace oem struts with Bilstein standard struts designed regular 202's ?
That's the only ones I found for decent price.

These are the struts I wanted to order

I just ordered new shocks from AJUSA.com for a pretty good deal. They're selling B4s for your model for around $57 each with free shipping if you want to save a few bucks.

I've never driven on B4s but those are supposed to be OE spec replacements.

Damn that's a good deal, but the expected ship date is between May 5th and the 13th :(

Do you think it would make a difference installing the standard b4's struts as opposed to sport struts?

Difference in what way? The only difference I can think of would be the dampening itself. I am not 100% sure if B4s are the same as OEM Sport Shocks.
