G force performance chips

I have read about these and in most cases if it to good to be true it usually is ? Has any one tried these and do they work . It's only 69 and attaches to 2 wires

Seems too good to be true... and that link doesnt work. http://www.gforcechips.com/ is the actually site. If it was me, i wouldn't do it. I would go for a more well known company and pay the extra $$.
