Random beeping noise when car is off.

Hey guys, I was wondering if you ever had this issue? The car is off but has some interment beeps almost like an errrrrr errrrrrrrr sound. Its not the fans. I have checked. anyone know what issue this is? I recently did my valve cover.

Is there an aftermarket alarm on the car? Sounds in the video like a siren horn kind of buzzing.
