OEM Cargo net?

I saw a post on here from someone from 2006.

They had this net in their car:

Is this OEM?

I found this net on an OEM MB parts dealer. #15.

This does NOT look like the net above in the first picture. Can someone help explain this for me?

I prefer the first net, I had one in my old G35 and found it VERY useful. Thanks in advance!

Yes I have seen that net on another car, my aunt's actually. I believe it is OEM but dont know the part number. Maybe you can call the dealer?

I will give that a shot Monday. Will report back once I hear more. Will take this to them too in hand to show them the pics. Good idea. :)
