Replaced coolant and tank

Just replace my coolant tank. Saw it was cracked so I replaced the sucker $60 later thanks to my dealer. Had to remove the air box for best access. Flat heat screwdriver, 10mm socket, and like 40 mins. I let the coolant spill, newb move but I learned. Not sure if I can post pics with my mobile cell.

I have a 2000 Mercedes c280 v6 automatic.
I had been running with no water, I filled the water reservoir , made it home , and when i checked again , there wasno water inside.
Need fix
Can you post pics?
