A/C Only Cold While Moving

Having an issue with my A/C. It seems to only start blowing cold when the car really gets moving. It will usually maintain the cold once its good and started, but what is causing this? Also as a separate issue, occasionally it will blow hot on only the right side vent and the right side middle vent, when they are both set to max cold. Thanks in advance for any advice.

The first issue you have happened to me. The ac fans were not coming on. Turned out to be just a loose or oxidized fuse. Just replaced the fuse. Check if your fans are coming on with ac on @ standstill.

For the second issue I'm sure one of your duo valves are sticky. A tap on the valve used to cure them with the 124.

Tried replacing the fuses...no luck. Any other ideas of what would make the AC only blow cold when the car is moving?
