Can anybody identify these rims?

I recently acquired these rims from a friend of mine:

He doesn't know what car they came off of. They're 17x7.5"
If anyone could tell me anything, that would be great.
Also, if anyone knows if they will fit on my car, before I go out and waste money on tires.

Rim size should be stamped on the back somewhere.

There's a ruler for comparison, and then each spoke had a marking on the inside.
