Hello everyone!
I have pre-facelift w202 -95 2.3kompressor, with some mods.
-23cm pulley
-custom intake to kompressor, freeflow apex airfilter
-4bar fuel pressure regulator
-colder plugs 7, NGK, with 0.7mm cap
-larger intercooler, aluminium piping
-MAF moved closer to throttle body
-cats removed, brabus back silincer
I been fighting with this problem long time... without the bigger pulley car works just fine, but with the 23cm pulley car opens and closes by-pass when trying to accerlate full throttle, with half throttle car works. Car runs very lean, plugs are snow white and diagnostic says that "Too lean air/fuel mixture". I dont understand why car runs lean, many people has same upgrades, but still their cars runs perfectly. I tried clamping maf, new maf and new o2 sensor.
