Can window motor be replaced without removing window regulator?

Need to replace RR window motor. As I look at the used motor I have to replace the one that isn't working, I'm wondering if I can unbolt the motor and module and attach them to the frame without removing the regulator.

This is interesting. Mine went out when it was still under warranty and replaced by the dealer.
