I may need to do an engine replacement soon on a 99 c230k. Any DIY's out there? I can't seem to find any. I've done engine swaps on other cars before, I'd just like to see if there's any tips or tricks with this specific car.

Swapping the engine is costly and labor intensive. Rebuilding it would be much cheaper and easier to do.

Try doing a search on google or using the search button on any of the MB forums (it's your best friend).
It's not that difficult and faster than waiting for reply on this forum where many of the members have moved on.
